Top shelf service I made a phone call to Hoffman Saturday afternoon and got Rob Gorski on the phone for an oil change in a week and much to my surprise he asked me if I I made a phone call to Hoffman Saturday afternoon and got Rob Gorski on the phone for an oil change in a week and much to my surprise he asked me if I would like to come in right then and he could get it done for me. I said that would be great and I headed right over. I got there and Mr. Gorski took me right into his office, looked up my information on the computer, and saw that I had a recall that needed attention and said he could have that done for me also. Needless to say all this got done in a short period of time and I was on my way home before I knew it. Many thanks to Rob Gorski and the tech that worked on my car for me. More

Oil change I went in for my first oil change on my 2014 pilot. The service they provided at this appointment was fine but the recommendations they are making for I went in for my first oil change on my 2014 pilot. The service they provided at this appointment was fine but the recommendations they are making for my next visit in August is outrageous. At approximately 43k miles they are recommending a drain and replace of my transmission fluid (at approximately $124). I did some research and discovered Honda doesn't recommend this service until 60k miles. In addition they are recommending a change in break fluid (another $124 charge). I'll definitely be taking my car to a different Honda dealer for service going forward. More
