Airbag recall- Couldn't have been easier Anthony and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Scheduling was easy (I think Jim handled my call), I dropped my Odyssey off the night before, it Anthony and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Scheduling was easy (I think Jim handled my call), I dropped my Odyssey off the night before, it was ready early and they also fixed the seatbelt switch at no charge (lifetime warranty on seatbelts). Picked it up the next day, all at my convenience. Based on this visit I would have no problem recommending Hoffman Honda. PS I rarely take the time to write positive reviews, but this was easy too. Hearing other people's stories about the hassles they had trying to get a replacement, I was rather reluctant to make an appointment, but didn't feel safe anymore and knew I had to. Meeting with Daniel Covalli took all those doubts away as he was very friendly, professional, quick to understand that I didn't feel comfortable and set me up with a rental the very next day! Then when the rental car wasn't working out for me, for various reasons and no fault of Daniel's, David Biolo was there and he got me into a safe, beautiful new car that same day. He also went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal out of it considering the situation. And Sarah Klass made the payment and insurance process fun as well, and while I like shopping, the paying part is usually never fun. Overall the atmosphere at Hoffman is so positive, and the three people who helped me through this literally turned a potential nightmare into a dream. Very impressed with their prompt assistance and efficiency. They got me what I needed, when I needed it, and with a smile. 10/10 impressed. More
