Element Repair My Element left me stranded with a loud "clunking" noise coming from underneath. I feared the worse. Had it towed to Hoffman that evening and left a My Element left me stranded with a loud "clunking" noise coming from underneath. I feared the worse. Had it towed to Hoffman that evening and left an overnight ticket. I was contacted before 8:00 am the next day for follow up questions. Had response before noon, new parts overnight-ed, and repaired early afternoon the next day. Much quicker turn-around than I expected. Cost was fair. Rep noted some additional service that will be needed in future, but did not push or pressure and stated it would not cost any extra if done at a later date. I even suggested an alignment (which turns out was needed) which was not suggested by rep - - further proof to me that they don't push additional services to generate revenue. More

Jim was outside and stopped what he was doing to greet me. He could not have been nicer and answered all my questions about where the car should go when it gets here and what we needed to do. He took the time to write on the drop envelope for the team to call us Saturday morning and we got a call from Anthony right on time. The tire was toast but they put a new one on and we had our car by 10:30AM. I appreciated their approach and professionalism. More
