Great Experience I recently purchased a 2013 CPO Honda Accord from an outside dealer. Almost right after I drove it off the lot, I heard this squealing coming from the I recently purchased a 2013 CPO Honda Accord from an outside dealer. Almost right after I drove it off the lot, I heard this squealing coming from the left tire area. After doing so research I learned that it was a common problem for my car and there was a TSB out on it. I called Hoffman Honda and got in contact with Anthony he got me an appointment. He went out of his way to call Honda cooperation to see if the TSB was covered under my CPO warranty which unfortunately it was not. He then told me that Hoffman Honda would cover the repair free of charge as a good will gesture. I was very impressed with that. Every bit of information I received whether over the phone or in person was detailed and left me with no questions. Hoffman Honda lives up to its excellent reputation with great employees such as Anthony. More
