Helpful service staff We purchased a certified used Honda Pilot and later discovered there was a small crack in the windshield that didn't show up when we bought the car be We purchased a certified used Honda Pilot and later discovered there was a small crack in the windshield that didn't show up when we bought the car because it had been raining and that hid the crack from view. After brining the car back and requesting a repair, the service advisor set up first a repair and then a windshield replacement when we were not satisfied with the repair. she was very concerned with our satisfaction and went the extra mile for us so we would be happy with this new(used) vehicle. emergency repair within 24 hours. My Honda needed emergency repair- had to have it towed (only the third time in 18 years...) and it was fixed within 24 hours. Very cooperative service people-Rob went out of his way to get it diagnosed, checked that the parts were in stock, and gave a fair price. The final price came in under the estimate because the technician worked so hard he finished ahead of the time projected, and adjusted my bill accordingly. Where else do you get consideration like that????? Thanks, guys! More
