Friendly & Helpful Dealership Hoffman was super helpful when I decided to trade my Acura in to save money on both my monthly payment and gas (no more premium gas, woohoo!). No one was pushy or overbearing, and they didn't address my fiancé instead of me since I'm a woman - it's amazing how often that still happens. The salesman I worked with personally was David Biolo, and I appreciated the way he respected my goals and worked with me to stay within my price range. Also, Sarah Klass, their business manager, was great to work with as well! She was funny yet professional, and she definitely helped break up the monotony of signing endless amounts of paperwork. Overall, I would highly recommend Hoffman Honda. This is the first car I've purchased from them, but I suspect it won't be my last! More
Fantastic service! I went in just for a routine oil change and found out at the dealership that my wheels needed to be realigned. Janetta let me know that the alignment I went in just for a routine oil change and found out at the dealership that my wheels needed to be realigned. Janetta let me know that the alignment test failed so she would recommend I do the service, or else my wheels would deteriorate. Not only did she warn me of that, but she offered me a $10 off coupon for the service - as it's almost $100! I was very impressed by the amount of time it took and the great customer service that I continue to get every time I go back to Hoffman. More

I like the diagnostic tools that provide analytics for decision-making. Also appreciated not being up-sold on service: I know I need tires, but, was told the tires were safe until winter. I like not having to spend money until necessary. The service representative was professional, and comfortable to work with. The service "report card" is an excellent way to explain service. I feel Hoffman puts its reputation on the line. Oh, car is washed, too. Another nice touch! So don't take my word, give'em a try! More

Outstanding customer service! Hoffman Honda went above and beyond to help us! I am actually from Richmond, Virginia and I needed a quick fix to my Honda Pilot while in Connecticut Hoffman Honda went above and beyond to help us! I am actually from Richmond, Virginia and I needed a quick fix to my Honda Pilot while in Connecticut for a wedding. I had an airbag recall that I had taken care of at our home dealership. It turns out that when they fixed the airbag, they disconnected the horn. We didn't realize it until we were in rush hour traffic and tried to use it when someone almost hit us. I called the service department and Janetta was so helpful. She told me to come anytime that day and they would make us a priority and fix our horn. The communication within the service department was excellent because when my husband arrived, everyone he talked to was expecting us and helped us immediately. Now I only wish Hoffman Honda was in Richmond. Thank you all for your outstanding service! More
