That is not something I can say about the other dealerships I interacted with. I generally find buying a new car to be highly stressful, playing a game I'm not particularly fond of. Ray Wells provided customer service at a level that I have not seen in many years. He listened to what my needs were and matched them to what he and Hoffman Ford needed in order to create a 'win-win' sit have not seen in many years. Originally, an exact match for the car I wanted was not available ('09 Mustang GT Bullitt - color green). Fortunately, one matching my exact requirements became available shortly thereafter and he 'made it happen'. In addition, Ray followed up on and resolved a post-sale issue that I identified with the lack of a spare tire. Call me old school, but the fix-a-flat option doesn't sit right. Ray, in conjunction with with General Manager Billy Genereux, identified and implemented a solution that went well beyond my expectations. With my complete spare tire installation, I now have 'piece of mind' knowing that I will stay mobile in the event that I have a non-repairable blowout. More
Usually buying a car can be stressful. From the time you try to find the right car for oneself to the financing. Great experience. Very friendly and knowledgable. They sold the car I liked as I was test driving it - but Mike worked very quickly to get the same exact car for me the next day. There was some confusion towards the end on what taxes and extra fees we would incur, but the gentleman that did our financing was very patient and helpful. Overall, great deal on the vehicle, great customer service - which is continuing after the purchase, and great financing options. And I love the car! More

I owned an suv that was 11 years old, broke down and had a recall from the maker. The Hoffman staff in every department understood my problem, my stress level, and my needs. They were more helpful, than I ever expected from a car dealership. Starting with Billy the general manager listening to my needs and coming up with a plan. Our sales person Mike Warner, with the patience more sales people need. He allowed me to take my time to find just the right car. When I did, it was fully covered in snow from last nights storm. Mike cleaned the car off himself and drove it up front just so I could stay inside, warm, and wait. He answered every question I had and never made me feel anything but at ease. Hoffman Auto was a smooth process right through the financing I needed, and my credit was not easy to work with. I left Hoffmans with a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. I feel very secure with the purchase I made and by choosing Hoffmans Auto. I will with no doubt purchase my next vehicle for my kids from them, and tell all my friends and customers they are crazy to go anywhere but Hoffmans! More
I first looked online for a Ford Focus or Fiesta. I was not impressed with the online experience so I went there without an appointment to see for myself. When I got there I was looking around and Michael not impressed with the online experience so I went there without an appointment to see for myself. When I got there I was looking around and Michael Warner came up to me and said that if after I was finished looking and had any questions or needed help to come over to his work area. He gave me the space I needed to look around. That I liked very much. After looking at different cars I went up to him and thank him and asked about Ford Focus. He went that extra mile to take all the time needed to answer ALL my questions and also offered advice. He noticed I did a lot of investigating about the car I was interested in and mentioned it to me which I thought was nice. He pointed out the rebates being offered, looked at the car I was trading in and gave me a very respectable offer. And the final price was great. He asked the color car I wanted, what I wanted in it then said to give him a day to look at other dealerships in area to see if anyone had what I was looking for. That very evening he called me to say they found a 2011 Ford Focus SES with everything I requested including the Metalic Blue I wanted. After purchasing the car he personally came over to show me how to work lights, wipers, and the Sync. I called Michael a couple of times afterward to help me with the Sync and he gave me as much time as I needed to understand how to do it. I have never experienced a car dealership that was so helpful Also the General Manager Billy Genereux went out of his way to help come up with the best deal possible. I have never bought an American made car until now and if all keeps going the way I got this car, I will continue to buy Fords and also spread the word to my friends and co-workers. More

Needed a larger truck for an expanding family..Was there for about 25 minutes and had a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a newer larger used truck...They were very helpful in working with me to for about 25 minutes and had a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a newer larger used truck...They were very helpful in working with me to find a vehicle I could afford and be satisfied with. I have yet to be this happy with a dealer transaction. Also I had a question on a small mechanical issue with the new/used truck I was buying..No questions asked..They said they would check it and fix it if it was a problem..I was pretty much floored leaving a dealer without any type of push back on questions or "problems" I had.. I have also used them for service on my Wife's car..I was happy with how that turned out as well.. Also I have many other friends that have been to Hoffman Ford for sales and service and have had nothing but positive things to say too.. I know I will be back when my family needs a new vehicle or service... More
