From the time I walked in the door they made me feel like royalty. My son had looked at the car before I did as he used to be a mechanic. A tree limb came down on the hood of my VW while I was driving and damaged the valance, etc, in a bad storm. Drove in to Hoffman around 5:15 pm--service dept was closed. Salesmen were EXTREMELY nice and V driving and damaged the valance, etc, in a bad storm. Drove in to Hoffman around 5:15 pm--service dept was closed. Salesmen were EXTREMELY nice and VERY VERY helpful to my situation--drove my car into the showroom for me and proceeded to remove the valance so I could get home. They were friendly, concerned,and genuinely nice guys. When I go somewhere and receive bad service, I never forget, and I usually don't go back if I can avoid it. But, when the service is over the top, as the salesmen at Hoffman Ford were, I don't forget that, either!! I would definitely recommend Hoffman Ford to others. More
