Presently surprised I have driven by Hoffman sales store for many years, but always assumed they were a car dealership for the "aristocratics". I founded two cars online I have driven by Hoffman sales store for many years, but always assumed they were a car dealership for the "aristocratics". I founded two cars online that had low mileage and in my price range. I normally purchase cars out of state because of prices. I was plesently surprised by the sales person Marco Ortis. Marco Ortiz was very easy to work with. I dId not feel obligated or force to purchase our newer car. The finiance office worked with my credit union for the low interest rates. I love my 2014 Ford Taurus that was certified. I willl come back the next time I have to purchase another car. Thanks Marco. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and in the end we decided to buy. He spent a lot of time showing us features and how to use. When I went to pick it up, he spent a lot of time with me going over the use. The Sales Manager was very helpful and accommodating. All in all it was a very good experience. Bought a used f150 in jan. 2012 the deal included a 60 day warranty,and a free oil change,we noticed that there was a power steering leak,not major but enough to see on my garage floor.Called the salesman day warranty,and a free oil change,we noticed that there was a power steering leak,not major but enough to see on my garage floor.Called the salesman and he said just bring it in when your oil change is due,and they will take care of it.My wife brought truck in and they said we had a leak in the power steering hose,also service manager told her it was not covered because the 60 days was up!She told him what salesman had told us,he said he would order part and call us to repair it.Never heard from dealership,we called and they said they knew nothing about it.We talked to service manager and he said he would get back to us the next day and to this day we have heard nothing.We think this was the worst service dept.we have ever worked with,we won't be back for anymore service or vehicles. So far as dealerships for service, this dealership is okay. The service department wants to offer you, or me as a woman, unneeded service, such as oil change on a vehicle that I brought in for routine in okay. The service department wants to offer you, or me as a woman, unneeded service, such as oil change on a vehicle that I brought in for routine inspection and emissions when THIS dealership service department had just done that less than 900 miles before this visit. You must be firm in refusing service that is unneeded. I rated everything as OK because it was just that, okay. Nothing stands out; not hard to tell them 'no' you don't want an extra service they are offering; free coffee and softdrinks while you wait; waiting room somewhat clean. It is okay service but better than the alternatives. More
