Very pleased, Great service manager I had an issue with the paint on my 2013 Ford explorer. Between the service dept and body shop no one seemed to know how to help me. I than called for the service manager and spoke to Joe Fazzina and explained my problem, Joe was great, he told me he would take care of it, and he did. Joe bent over backwards for me, he handled everything and when Joe was busy Kristin stepped in and did a great job assisting Joe. She was pleasant and she was very professional.
