I went to almost all the Ford dealers in my area and chose Hoffman as they were most fair and the easiest dealer to work. Unfortunately they got caught in the middle between the me and Ford. In 2018 chose Hoffman as they were most fair and the easiest dealer to work. Unfortunately they got caught in the middle between the me and Ford. In 2018 I bought a new F-150 Raptor from Hoffman which developed many problems and was deemed a Lemon. Ford was very good to take it back on January 2020 . The take back deal was they would allowed my original 2018 MSRP toward any new MSRP Ford produce except an other Raptor or any of their other limited production vehicles. To play their game, I ordered and 2021 F-150 Platinum and eight months later the truck came in the end of August 2021. Four weeks later the 2022 order banks opened up and I gave Hoffman $1000 to ordered a 2022 Raptor with Ford's price protection guarantee. Ford accepted my order. After waiting one year Ford canceled my order and told me to reorder it as 2023 . I did in September of 2022 and Hoffman assured me it was still price protected backed to my original 2021 order date. March of 2023, after 1 1/2 years wait, My Raptor came in but Ford would not honer their original MSRP of 2021 order date as Hoffman gauarnteed they would . I call Ford customer service and they said "You can't expect price protection back to last years model". They said I would have to pay the Sept 2022 order quote. Now here is where Ford really got stubborn. I had made changes after my Sept 2022 reorder was placed plus Ford deleted some items do to chip shortages which overall should have reduced that reorder quote . Ford didn't care and says I have to pay the actual Sept 2022 reorder price even though it varies in six options from the truck I actually got. I am a life long Ford supporter and love the product but how are Ford customers suppose to play the car buying game if Ford keeps moving the goal posts? Jim Farley Has his work cut out for him. More
After coming to this dealership for a few years and usually being satisfied with the experience, I was recently disappointed by the outcome of my last service appointment. One of the issues my car had required the replacement of a valve cover gasket. When I was originally informed of the estimated repair cost, it came out to around $809. A bit pricey but its a dealership service center and I've been thus satisfied with their work. However, when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle, I was told that a fuel injector had broken during the repair, and that they needed to replace it. In the past, whenever it looked like there would be an additional or unplanned addition to my service, I've always been notified and asked to provide authorization to preform the extra repair. I received no such call, email, or any other communication about this unexpected issue. The lack of communication lead me to believe that the breaking of the injector was an accident, which would make sense as to why I did not receive an authorization request call. I was told that I would receive a discount that would lower the final cost to be nearly back to what it was pre-injector replacement. However when I arrived at the service center, the discount had not been applied to my final bill. When I refused to sign the first invoice, citing the incorrect amount, they added the discount which was only $75 (the cost on the new injector without the extra labor cost was $218). I stated that the new invoice was still higher than I was told, and that I shouldn't be expected to cover the cost of an accidental break. The service advisor then told me it was not an accident, but a part of the procedure for replacing the gasket valve cover when there is carbon building present. I do not believe this to be the case after consulting a mechanic family member as well as a quick google search showing how to remove carbon build up from fuel injectors. I also believe that if it truly was a part of the procedure, it would have been included in the estimate and/or I would have been notified before coming to pick up my vehicle and suddenly being presented with a wildly different price. I attempted to contact the service manager privately about this issue, but it looks like there's been some staffing changes and the new service manager does not have any contact information at this point. I am hoping someone can get in contact with me to resolve this issue, as it is so far the only unpleasant experience I have had at Hoffman Ford. More

Tremendously fantastic and simple buying experience. Worked with the Sales team via email to start with and got all the prep work done. When I arrived for the vehicle purchase, I was met by the Brand S Worked with the Sales team via email to start with and got all the prep work done. When I arrived for the vehicle purchase, I was met by the Brand Specialist (James Chaney) who took care of everything in less than an hour, now that's the fastest purchase I've ever made. James knew the vehicle inside and out and even hooked me up with the Ford Pass application. Great job by everyone! More
