In our commitment to ensuring your vehicle runs safely and efficiently we also provide detailed information for our customers to make informed decisions pertaining to the cost and future maintenance of their vehicles. Our service manager, Joseph Fazzina, mentioned the technician working on your vehicle noticed your radiator and all lines under the vehicle body were badly rusted. Along with the rust, your radiator supports were rotting away causing the radiator to drop into the fan assembly. Additionally, the rattling noise you is a result of the catalytic converter coming apart internally. Because the repairs were going to be expensive your advisor, Chris Sawyer, wanted to present you with all of your options and recommendations. We typically do not recommend having expensive work performed without taking into account the year, mileage and value of the vehicle. Mr. Sawyer was under the impression that you were satisfied upon leaving, however your feedback indicates you are not pleased.
