Friendly, and Knowledgable This is the first dealership I have ever seen that follows the factory's recomindations for oil changes. Most other dealers will give you a song and dance about how you need to have an oil change at 3000 mi. Even if your owners manual says 6000. I found this to be refreshing!!! More

He took the information for the MKZ processed the paper work and I was off to the customer waiting area. Within in a short period of time my Lincoln was ready. It was clean and spit shined. Hoffman service does a great job not only on service but delivering returning my MKZ sparkling clean. Whenever I am in for service I prefer that Jason follow it through.
