Ok experience with a large BUT I was excited to look at the new Fords at Hoffman, and especially excited (although I realized if it seems too good to be true, it is) by the "Hoffman I was excited to look at the new Fords at Hoffman, and especially excited (although I realized if it seems too good to be true, it is) by the "Hoffman" prices listed on the website. turns out those prices are a big scam. IF (and that's a huge IF) you qualify for every incentive possible, you can get that price. I'd be willing to bet that there's not a person on earth that qualifies for every incentive. Do you currently drive a Ford? Are you a veteran? Did you drink a Coke yesterday? (OK, that one is over simplifying, but you get the idea). Additionally, I had picked out a specific car on the website and was contacted by Jessica, who told me the car would be ready for me to see upon arrival. Upon arrival I learned that car had been sold in August (yes August, and it was now January) and never removed form their website. Our salesman, Mike, was very helpful (and apologetic) and ultimately sold us a vehicle, however my distaste for the slimy tactics used to lure you in put a damper on the overall experience. More

Battery Replacement Tech did a great job installing the battery and Hoffman took me in last minute for a dead battery problem. Normally never have an issue at Hoffman bu Tech did a great job installing the battery and Hoffman took me in last minute for a dead battery problem. Normally never have an issue at Hoffman but didn't get what I expected/wanted for battery CCA size and I have to say it was mostly my fault for not being perfectly clear after talking to Parts and finding out what was available and in stock. I can live with what was installed since I'm guessing it is the same CCA as original battery. More

offered a price, then it was taken back!!! first things first, as i was pulling into the dealership: an f-550 dump truck came screaming out of the parking lot in front of me backwards, went ba first things first, as i was pulling into the dealership: an f-550 dump truck came screaming out of the parking lot in front of me backwards, went backwards down the road, hopped a curb and slammed into a Mercedes Benz in the dealer next door. the guy driving walked with a cane and looked like he should not have been walking let alone driving. met with a sales person: Michael Rivera, he was great, took me on a test drive, very nice, answered all my questions ect.. found the truck i was looking for. In the middle of this another sales person walked up and was looking for the keys to a car that was under deposit, that Michael was selling. then the sales manger cam over after Michael told him it was under deposit and made a big stink about showing the car and to give up the keys. very rude as i'm sitting there for 2 hours trying to buy a truck. The truck i was going to trade in was taken on a test drive and i was given a price for that trade it. took forever, but it was a fair price. the following day i brought a second vehicle to the dealership to have a trade in price given. the price wasn't exactly what i wanted. i had my wife drive down and see the whole deal, the trade in, the new truck ect.. i was told that i would be given 2k more if we could seal the deal, i asked to give me till the next day.(next day being Monday as it was Saturday) On Monday i went to another Ford dealer. for another quote.Michael call me and i asked for the best possible deal i was going to get and he agreed to call me back. Michael called me back a while later and told me that the manager that made the deal was wrong and the GM wasn't going to let the deal happen. i then asked to have that manager call me directly and am still awaiting a call a day later summary: waited for hours, two trips, brought my wife, got a babysitter, saw a horrific accident that luckily no one was killed in and was told i cannot buy the truck, no other offer, no deal.. horrible horrible service. here also, this would have been my second car from the Hoffman group, the last was at Hoffman Toyota which was great. More
Exceptional service I towed my Saab to Hoffman at night in an emergency. Jason and Bryan followed up in the morning and couldn't have been more helpful.
