Expensive and poor customer interaction Shuttle service got me to work on time but was 20 minutes late to pick up. Maintenance seems to have been done well. Invoice was expensive and the employees could not explain where the pricing comes from. Original rep was told to call me back the next day. When I told him I wanted to understand the pricing he put me on hold and disconnected me with no callback. On the bright side, they didn't find more questionable things to have to fix versus what I asked for. More

My initial contact with the service center schedulers left me skeptical as I was not getting returned phone calls. Persistence is my middle name, so I went online and scheduled an appointment. I was so VERY pleased with the service on my Ford that in the future I will travel the 16 miles to Hoffman for my service. More
