Would not recommend Grease on car door (inside and out), seat, and center console. I asked if they put plastic down on the seat, and I was informed that they only put pap Grease on car door (inside and out), seat, and center console. I asked if they put plastic down on the seat, and I was informed that they only put paper on the ground. Service was terrible. My car had to be left at the shop for a few days, and when I asked about my car in person, the response was, "who are you?" The shuttle driver new my first and last name after having only met him once (great guy, btw). On the third day, the shuttle driver greeted me, so to spark conversation, I asked if he'd heard any news related to my car. The service employee heard this, came out of his office, and said, "he doesn't know anything about your car. Come in here." Maybe that's his way of being terse. Lastly, the valve cover gasket was supposedly the cause of the oil leak. The part was almost half of the labor fee (which was only a couple hundred bc of the inconvenience of having taken 4 days to get my car back. All-in-all, never going back... More

I know that Hoffman dealerships prides it self on great customer service. Unfortunately, in the past four years that has not been the case . I have been bringing my car to be serviced exclusively at Hoffman since I purchaed my car. I would like to continue doing so providing that these unfortunate experiences are remedied . More

Brian, "our" mechanic, who has serviced our 2000 Aurora Oldsmobile for many years, solved a challenging repair for which we are most greatful. Thanks to Shanice, the service, receptionist for scheduling us on short notice, and to Juan our valet driver who was pleasant and efficient. This is all why we have been Hoffman for over 30 years. Fast accommodating service We needed a car in a hurry. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to the dealership on a Friday night and arrived just about closing time. Service people were friendly amd professional I had to bring my vehicle in 4 times to finally solve my problem. I hope that the issue has been resolved.
