My service person Chris must have been having a real bad morning when I got there. No good morning when I said good morning... Chris never looked up from his computer screen. He talked to me like I was a child in school. I asked him why he wasn't nice and he said just tell me your issues today. I saw the service manager Mike trying to listen how he was taking to me, and I thought he was going to step in but he just walked into his office. Chris never did the service I asked for. I just needed to get out of there after seeing the manager not care either. I understand customer service isn't what it was years ago but I spend a ton of money there so you could atleast be nice. I understand now why all the people I dealt with over the years are gone. Please stay away from this dealer!!! More

Once I was able to get through they were excellent The service was great. They were even able to help me fix things that weren't their "problem" like the battery in my key, which another dealer told me The service was great. They were able to accept my Care Guard insurance, and diagnosed and fixed the car the same day which helped. The shuttle also was huge service to me, as it really made my day more enjoyable. More

Poor and unhelpful service I own a 2005 Lincoln aviator. I recently found I had an internal engine problem that's caused the engine to run short on oil and develop a knock. I pe I own a 2005 Lincoln aviator. I recently found I had an internal engine problem that's caused the engine to run short on oil and develop a knock. I perform regular oil changes. I did not know what happened with the engine. I requested the service department perform an inspection and possibly develop answers. I additionally request and oil change and a transmission fluid exchange. Upon being notified my engine was no good and would need to be replaced for $9000; I returned to the service enter. I was informed the oil had been changed (on a car who's engine was no longer usable). I was informed there was no way to find out what the cause of the broken engine was; but that I would be charged 115 to listen to the engine. After I was given a $169 quote I was charged 174. As an explanation for the difference I was informed I was advised of a 300 charge and signed prior to receiveing the three services. I was very disappointed with the service provided and felt almost two hundred dollars was too much for information I already knew and provided the service tech on my arrival. The service provider was short of blatantly being disrespectful, Chris did not introduce himself or explain the Hoffman process. appeared disinterested and provided very little actual information. I have been to several service centers and my visit to Hoffman Lincoln is at the bottom of my list. I will not return to Hoffman and would rather travel a greater distance to frequent a different business. More
