I was updated during the process so that I knew what was going on and I was asked if I wanted something before they did it. When my tire pressure light came on after I had left, I returned and they quickly fixed the problem and I was on my way. More

Part Issues Recently had spark plugs and rear calipers changed on a Ford. Process took about 5 hours. Initial repairs were 4 hours but when I drove off the lot Recently had spark plugs and rear calipers changed on a Ford. Process took about 5 hours. Initial repairs were 4 hours but when I drove off the lot I noticed an immediate issue with a loud tapping in the rear of the vehicle. I return and the vehicle was addressed immediately, one of the calipers installed was bad and a replacement was located and installed. The response to the issue was quick but took another hour. The fact that there was an issue is concerning. I go to a dealer repair shop hoping to get a quality parts at a reasonable price. After looking up the parts installed I see that the part price is market up roughly 100% to what I can find online. I understand the dealer needs to make something on the parts but this is a bit extreme. More
