First time at Hoffman..I'm a customer for life now. I went to Hoffman Ford on a very busy Saturday..My power brake motor went bad. When I arrived was greeting by a very pleasant girl,She said they were I went to Hoffman Ford on a very busy Saturday..My power brake motor went bad. When I arrived was greeting by a very pleasant girl,She said they were very busy but she would try to get to me ,I waited in the lovely waiting room maybe a half hour she came out and told me my power brake power was on a list of problems there would be no charge. and I also told here there was a recall on my gas tank, she said no problem they would take care of it,,When I got there when my car was ready it was washed This whole experience the best service I have ever gotten and I'm 62 yrs old...Thank You More

Service Came in for service because I thought it was due. Chris noticed that the vehicle system said I had 60% oil life eemaining.
