Needed service on trip We experienced a couple of problems with our vehicle while on a 2500 mile trip. Hoffman was nearby so we decided to chance using their service dept. The easy online scheduling system allowed us to make an appointment late Thursday night for a Saturday service. They were prompt, professional and fixed us up plus washed the car and checked the alignment. Kudos to the service dept! More

Claiming due to the age of the car the bank was charging a higher interest rate, like they never sold a car before? They don't know this before they make a deal?
