I recently ordered an F350 from Hoffman Ford and had some problems with installation of Dealer Installed Options. The Service Manager, Sam Pines, contacted me after realizing a problem existed and corrected problems with installation of Dealer Installed Options. The Service Manager, Sam Pines, contacted me after realizing a problem existed and corrected the communication issues between the sales and service departments. They promptly arranged an appointment and installed the window vents I ordered with the truck. I was so pleased with Sam’s customer focused approach that I ordered mud flaps and a hood protector. All were professionally installed in a timely manner. The dealership has a bay dedicated to receiving vehicles for service, which was very helpful since parking at the dealership is very tight. I have been driving my truck for about a month. I am very pleased with my purchase from Hoffman Ford and the service I received for my new truck. Keep up the good work, Sam. I recently ordered an F350 from Hoffman Ford. Nichole helped me through the ordering process for my truck. She was very knowledgeable about the truck and made the process easy for me. Moreover, she thoroughly research the few questions I had that she didn’t know and helped me make appropriate decisions about those options. However, I am less pleased about Hoffman Ford’s service response to the dealer installed options I ordered. I have had my truck for nearly 2 weeks and they haven’t even called me to schedule installation of my window vents. It’s a shame that the service department doesn’t have the same customer focus as Nichole and the sales team. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with Nichole, Kyle and Pedro. I am a repeat customer and will go back to them again for my next vehicle purchase. More
