I needed to ask same questions several times before receiving a response. I had questions regarding battery recycling, front sensor operation and impact of not performing valve cover replacement. It was nice to be escorted to my car after the service, I just expect more attention to detail during the actual service visit. More
Good service / poor marketing On a recent oil change, the service was fine, but a flyer had been mailed to me specifically referencing my CMaxEnergi and offering an oil change for On a recent oil change, the service was fine, but a flyer had been mailed to me specifically referencing my CMaxEnergi and offering an oil change for $24.95. The service tech , upon check in...explained that my CMax requires synthetic oil and the oil change would be considerably more than $24.95. Why would Hoffman mail me a brochure for my specific vehicle inviting me to come in for an oil change and not know that it needs synthetic oil, and that this service is more like $70? She did take $10 from the more expensive oil change, but Marketing needs to fix this! More

HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE! no credit for the miles left on the tire! no ford guarantee covers tires apparently. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR WITHOUUT TIRES AND BOUGHT THE TIRES AT SEARS< OR ANY TIRE RETAILER< all tire retailers offer a tire warranty! apparently FORD and HOFFMAN do not! NO WARRANTY EVEN ON THE TIRE YOU JUST INSTALLED! THIS IS PREPOSPEROUS1 I SUBMIT THAT YOU NEED TO THINK ON THIS MATTER AND CONSIDER REVISING YOUR POLICY ON TIRES, and on any other vehicle components that leaves your current policy of industry stansards This was not intended as an employee critique, but a criticism of corporate policy More

Quickest Service Appointment I've Ever had I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Chris Sawyer to have the oil in my truck replaced. I explained to Chris that I would wait for m I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Chris Sawyer to have the oil in my truck replaced. I explained to Chris that I would wait for my truck as I needed to get into work for a meeting once the service was completed. Chris asked me what day I would like to bring my truck in and what time I wanted to come in. He was totally working around my schedule and not the service department's schedule. I was able to pick the date and time that worked best for me. I arrived at the service door at 7:30 AM and was immediately waved in. The check-in process took one minute before I was escorted into Chris' office to verify my service needs. Chris personally handed off the paperwork to a mechanic and requested that they get right on it. I went to the customer lounge (which is very comfortable - TV, coffee and free WiFi), fired up my laptop and started on some work prior to my meeting later in the morning. Before, I knew it, Chris came into the lounge to let me know my truck was ready to go. It was freshly washed and waiting for me to get in and go. I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee. Now that's what I call quick! From driving into the service bay to getting back in my truck and heading for work was maybe 45 minutes at most. Outstanding! Needless to say, I will be coming back to Hoffman Ford and Chris Sawyer for my next service appointment. Chris treated me like I was the number one Hoffman customer. More
