Re-write of my experience This is a re-write of a review from a week ago of my experience at Hoffman Ford Lincoln. The first time there, I dealt with Tianna. I had a humming This is a re-write of a review from a week ago of my experience at Hoffman Ford Lincoln. The first time there, I dealt with Tianna. I had a humming noise in the front driver side wheel. It was a bad bearing. She Scheduled an appointment for the next week because they had to order the parts. When I came back, I had Jason Pealtz help me. It was not Jason Grant. An not sure if I spelled his last name right or not. I couldn't remember Jason's last name when I wrote the last review. So I just wrote his first name. When I went back and read the reviews, I noticed that Jason Grant's name was posted. I called Hoffman motors to try to speak to a manager to fix this. Just wanted to clear the air about that and just write another review. Jason was great. I then came back again because the traction control light would sporadically come on and the shifter would get stuck after start-up. I was helped by Karen Spatafora. She was also great. I will come back in the future and be helped by whomever is there. More

Instead of a ford fusion, I ended up buying a Lincoln I would like to have special thanks to Jason Grant for helping me to find a car that I loved to owe after driving an E-class Mercedes. From Feb 2016, I would like to have special thanks to Jason Grant for helping me to find a car that I loved to owe after driving an E-class Mercedes. From Feb 2016, he patiently replied to my emails and followed up with me for purchasing a car and eventually with having the first test drive and getting familiar with my taste, he convinced me to lease a Lincoln Instead of a Ford Fusion. I would like to have a big thanks to Billy and Fran for their patience while we were negotiating the deal and fruitful pieces of advice and their efforts to eventually make me qualified for leasing a new vehicle. Fran is very serious and without his help and insistence, I would not have ended up finalizing this deal. Billy, is very nice and respectful and highly good tempered. He tried to offer me the best working deal, very politely and patiently. Thank you all for your help and effort, It was a very joyful experience. More
