Your response is appreciated; however, it still doesn't explain any of the issues that I encountered. And to add to my frustration, my service advisor assured me that she would order the part as I left the dealership. FIVE DAYS LATER, she contacted me, having NOT YET ordered the part, and asking if I still wanted the part ordered. Inexcusable, all the at around. And I'm STILL waiting for a satisfactory explanation.
