Comfortable, Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, and had a couple cups of coffee. All went well, and I appreciated the car wash; however, I have visited more comfortable dealerships. It was nice, but just not perfect, and it would also be nice if I could visit a Hoffman Lincoln that was located closer to Cheshire, CT, so I wouldn't have to travel as far. Brian was very nice, however, I felt that his offer on tire replacements was very ridiculous. I was especially shocked at the price that he offered while I was starring at a "TIRE SALE" promotion. Laughable Not pleased, fed a line of xxxxxxxx and charged for defective part. Car left in disarray.
