Excellent customer service!! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and stocked with refreshments. My service person was Karen Spatafora, she was smart, nice and very sympathetic to my time constraints. Karen quoted me a price and time for my service beforehand. I also had another issue with my vehicle that they took care of without a problem or charge. My service went over the time she quoted me but she was very apologetic and offered me a discount on my next service. She later emailed me to apologize again for the delay. It would be nice when we meet with your customer service reps before sending anyone to the waiting room to give an approximate wait time. There are points and times when service is 20 minutes; and services is an hour or more. Giving your customers that information would be handy to the customer. Waiting longer than an hour for an oil change and tires rotated was a little much. When I got up to use the ladies room, I noticed my vehicle was parked awaiting me to get in it. There should be more communications between your service rep's and the customers waiting. Adding this to your service would give your customer service team a higher rating than "Good" Vicki Arnum More

I am a business owner myself for the past 38 years. The sale person failed to communicate with us on several occasions and rarely returned any of my phone calls in a prompt manner. Our $72,000.00 F550 arrived 4 weeks ago. The dealership lost the second set of keys and the manual that goes with the truck. The day we were going to pick up the truck, we noticed no rear view camera. The sales person forgot to inform the outfitters about a rear view camera that was not installed. It took the sales person over a week to order a second set of keys and that was after I complained to the Sales manager who had no idea what was going on. This sales experience seamed to drag in the mud with us. This is certainly not the way to treat any customer, no matter what the sales price was. Rest assured we will never suggest this dealership to anyone nor will I have the truck serviced there. More
