I recently ordered an F350 from Hoffman Ford and had some problems with installation of Dealer Installed Options. The Service Manager, Sam Pines, contacted me after realizing a problem existed and corrected problems with installation of Dealer Installed Options. The Service Manager, Sam Pines, contacted me after realizing a problem existed and corrected the communication issues between the sales and service departments. They promptly arranged an appointment and installed the window vents I ordered with the truck. I was so pleased with Sam’s customer focused approach that I ordered mud flaps and a hood protector. All were professionally installed in a timely manner. The dealership has a bay dedicated to receiving vehicles for service, which was very helpful since parking at the dealership is very tight. I have been driving my truck for about a month. I am very pleased with my purchase from Hoffman Ford and the service I received for my new truck. Keep up the good work, Sam.
