Transmission Failure The transmission of our 2013 Lincoln MKX failed with only 34k miles. The car was at Hoffman for three weeks for this repair. I was not given truthful updates in the status of this in-warranty service. Ultimately a new transmission was installed but it took too long for this to happen. More

Quick Service Hoffman did a great job on my breaks and rotors. They also diagnosed a problem with one of the wheel bearings and where that noise was coming from. Immediately Mr. Dowdy said I have exactly what you looking for. He showed me a picture but I insisted on seeing a few more. Got the keys for 3 vehicles. Sat in the 1st car wasn't feeling it. The 2nd car I said "this is it". Mr. Dowdy said "this is the exact car I had in mind for". With no pressure or trying to convince me to purchase a car out of my range. Sales and Service I purchased a new mustang. After the sale I was told that the salesman Chad had left. This was a surprise. Then Billy took over. He helped me keep I purchased a new mustang. When it arrived, I was now told that Jason would make the sale. Jason did an excellent job with all the things that needed to be done to complete the sale. I felt like I was in a push/pull situation. All was completed and I am driving the best mustang that ford has ever built. More

Quick Service Done Right I don't think Hoffman Ford can make it any easier to schedule a service appointment, get the service work done and get me out the door any quicker. I I don't think Hoffman Ford can make it any easier to schedule a service appointment, get the service work done and get me out the door any quicker. I recently scheduled a service appointment online for an oil change, a 30,000-mile service and a warranty issue. I was easily able to select a date and time for this appointment that fit my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I drove directly into the garage and was met by a tech who immediately started to take down all the necessary information from my truck (mileage, VIN, etc.). Once done (in only a minute or two), the tech escorted me over to a service writer who brought up my service and truck information up on her computer and entered in to the work queue. Super easy. My service writer let me know up front that the warranty issue I wanted addressed may add some more time to my wait and asked if that was OK. I went to the customer lounge, fired up my laptop and started my morning work. Before I knew it, my service writer (Karen) came over to let me know everything was all set and my truck was currently being washed but would be out soon. We went back to her office where she went over my service ticket and covered some details regarding my warranty issue. I came in at 7:30 AM and was back in my truck headed for my office buy 9:45 AM. I couldn't be happier with the way this service appointment went. More
