Should have gone the extra step I purchased a new Lincoln MKZ and unfortunately it came in damaged(front bumper). There was some body work that needed to be done so they advised me t I purchased a new Lincoln MKZ and unfortunately it came in damaged(front bumper). There was some body work that needed to be done so they advised me to bring it in the following week as I was going away for 2 weeks vacation and I wouldn't need the car. In the meantime, we found another 2" scratch on the bottom rear panel passenger side and we asked them to fix that as well. I don't know if it was initially overlooked or it had happened in the week that I had it, but either way, since the car was already in the body shop, we wanted it fixed---even if we had to pay for it. We came back from vacation and the car was still not done. It took an extra day and when we picked it up they had only fixed the initial problem on the front bumper. I was disappointed that they didn't listen to our request. I don't know if they didn't do it because it wasn't "covered by Lincoln",and they weren't admitting fault, but we had wanted it fixed anyway and thought we had conveyed that message to our salesman Mike Warner. However, we did attend the "new owners" meeting and we were very impressed with the whole operation. I'm just hoping in the future that they are as good as they appear to be!! More

He was VERY knowledgeable about every car I drove & never let on that I was driving him nuts. From the time we walked in to the time I was handed the keys I felt valued & happy. Thanks Hoffman!! 10,000 Mile Check Up Brought my 2015 Mustang in for the 10,000 check up this past Saturday. i was greeted immediately, and taken care of by Brian Barbour. The routine service was done in a timely manner they just could not test drive the car for a vibration in the driveshaft as it was "too windy". It can wait until the next visit. More
Dealt with honest people I brought my MKX in because I received a letter in the mail about a possible problem with a message coming up related to tire pressure. I had not seen the message but decided to be proactive. I spoke with Jeff in service and then made an appt to take care of this. He also reminded me that my coverage included oil changes and tire rotations before I reached 25,000 miles. I was directed to Karen when I arrived. She was very pleasant and explained what I should expect and how long the service appt should take. She was spot on. It was nice to have the car washed before I left. I drove off in my beautiful 2016 silver MKX feeling safe, happy and satisfied. More
Smooth sailing. Had to get 4 tires replaced (ouch). My service advisor was terrific!
