New truck? I bought a 2013 F150 with 55K miles on it. I picked it up Thursday afternoon, and then went to the shooting range to shoot trap. No fewer than 4 guys I bought a 2013 F150 with 55K miles on it. I picked it up Thursday afternoon, and then went to the shooting range to shoot trap. Underwhelmed again Although I can say nothing negative about the technicians, everythng is always clean and shiney, the front people are another story. This time when my normal service was done and I got my vehicle back there were two papers on my dash, one was a reciept for the regular service, and one was for a check on my tires. One of the tests showed a tire out of spec. So I called the service rep and got no call back, then a week later I called the service manager and got no call back This is not surprising....I wasn't buying something More

The best place to buy a Ford I have to say that my experience with Billy has been out standing, I have bought nothing but Fords for the last 30 years, the newest one my 2017 Explo I have to say that my experience with Billy has been out standing, I have bought nothing but Fords for the last 30 years, the newest one my 2017 Explorer Sport is by far the nicest I have had. This Explorer has been number 7 that I have bought from Billy and number 11 from Hoffman. I will never go any where but to see Billy when I need another one, he makes everything so easy and is just about the most pleasant person to deal with. I have brought my daughter to Hoffman Audi and she bought one, my oldest son to Hoffman Nissan and he bought one, my youngest son to Hoffman Honda and he bought one, and my grand daughter to Hoffman Ford and she bought a Focus and over the years have had several friends buy their cars from Hoffman. Mr Billy is the best and if you need a new car hes the man to see, you will enjoy the deal he will make for you. More

Service Making the appointment was great, dropping the car off was good, getting a shuttle ride to my office was great, but then the day wore on and I did not Making the appointment was great, dropping the car off was good, getting a shuttle ride to my office was great, but then the day wore on and I did not receive word that my car was complete. Also no one called the shuttle driver to say that I should be picked up. So I call the service department and got a general receptionist who transferred me to service. The phone rang for some time before I went to voice mail. I left a message. I call again after not hearing anything and got the receptionist. I explained that no one picked up in service. So she transferred me to service. Worthless. The phone rang and rang again. So I arranged to get my own ride to Lincoln. When I got there I went to the first service agent I saw. My car was done. I saw it sitting in the back lot. It seems my service advisor had left for the day. The Service Manager should have assured that I was re-assigned when my service advisor left. But I feel that I dropped off their radar and had to take things into my own hands. The work done was fine. But customer service was lacking. I was also told that they had a new phone system and had been having trouble, but I think the receptionist should have been more pro-active in handling my calls. More
