Very professional service team Frustrated with low quality repairs and poor service at other service shops, I decided to give Hoffman Ford a try. Wow, what a different experience. Brian at drop-off and Jason at pick-up were very professional and genuinely friendly, and Brian made sure my car received every desired service (and worked to bring the overall cost down for me). The work appears to be well-done, too - the brakes, for example, haven't been this smooth and effective since the car was brand new. Brian was out when I picked the car up, but Jason walked through the completed services with me and answered all of my questions. I'll be strongly recommending Hoffman Ford Service to my friends and colleagues. More

Abhorrent experience My experience at hoffman ford was horrible. I made a appointment to drop my car off to be services for a air bag recall and to have a rear axle leak f My experience at hoffman ford was horrible. I made a appointment to drop my car off to be services for a air bag recall and to have a rear axle leak fixed. After sitting for 5hrs with no rental or loaner I was finally told my car wouldn't be fixed today cause someone else brought a car in and they were working on that one instead. What was the point of my appointment then? And why is no rental or loaner available at a dealership with over 100 cars on the lot that offers 24hr test drives. Finally I get my car Monday it's 120 more then I got told for no apparent reason at all. Finally I got there and paid the bill. The xxxxxxx down stairs pocketed my emissions money so they double charged me for that. Needless to say a complaint with ford corporate is being filed. Congratulations on being a peice of xxxx dealeeship now instead of investing 70k to buy a new gt350 from your company I'll be buying a corvette instead. More

One manager, i believe it was Billy, was a complete jerk and I walked out of the office. This is unprofessional and eventually required a call from the dealership GM and the deal was made with a price in line with what I wanted. This kind of nonsensical behavior no one should go through and makes buying a car not a great experience. I would not recommend this dealership for this reason that that initial manager should be fired. I really am not happy about the car either - because of the dealings, I am not very excited to drive it (I drove it today to work) and I could care less about it. Now I'm thinking I made the wrong decision. Note that I've used Hoffman for their emissions service and those representatives have been great. This is the first 'American' brand car I've purchased since 2000 and now I have another reason to not use these brands for another 17 years. Lastly, I told the dealership three times I was transferring plates and I was coerced into receiving a new registration, which is less work for the dealership and more work for me. In addition, I told the dealership threes time my wife was picking up the car, not me. The paperwork was all wrong and my wife had to wait 2.5 hours instead of a 0.5 hours. I'm not sure what else I need to do as a consumer to inform the dealership but buying a car again from Hoffman is out of the question. More
Bumper repair I sent my car in for repair of a cracked bumper due to a fender bender. Repair was quick and communication was great. After finishing the repair a found that the front molding of my windshield had cracked sometime during the repair. The manager was very understanding and apologetic and covered that repair cost. More

He was very patient, helpful, and cooperative with me in every detail; especially the color. More
