Excellent experience at Hoffman in New London I have a friend who put me in contact with Joe Thompson at Hoffman in New London. Joe talked to me about the different cars I was looking at and gav I have a friend who put me in contact with Joe Thompson at Hoffman in New London. Joe talked to me about the different cars I was looking at and gave me great insight and then put me in touch with one of his sales team, Chris Zaino who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car! He even drove to E Hartford a couple times to show me a car. In the end, he helped me find the perfect car that fit all the needs for myself and my family! The whole team at New London Hoffman is very accommodating! Bob in the finance department was also very helpful and Mark Steponaitis in the service department was very responsive to all my questions and delivered his information promptly! 25,000 miles maintenance was a seamless experience I have a prepaid maintenance program. Scheduling was very accommodating to my time request, dropping the car took 2 minutes ans was driven to my offic I have a prepaid maintenance program. Scheduling was very accommodating to my time request, dropping the car took 2 minutes ans was driven to my office by a very agreeable employee. Software for "mute" Nav system was updated and all settings were optimized. They called me back to puck me up at my convenience. Very attentive personnel , answered all my questions clearly. A light was bad so they ordered the part and called me back to install it . Same courtesy transportation. No charge whatsoever. Car was washed both times. Nice touch. Thanks More

From our initial greeting through the final paperwork, Bob and Pete were anything but your stereotypical car salesman. Their down to earth personalities, coupled with their ability to listen to our needs, take the time to knowledgeably answer all of our questions and get us the best price on the vehicle we were interested in (without all of the usual car salesman theatrics) was refreshing. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our selection, and every aspect of the transaction. From the moment we entered the showroom, Bob Cope's approachability and professionalism reinforced our confidence that we were in the right place and in good hands.
