I was able to get an appointment within a week, was offered a loaner car. Received email confirmation and instructions. When I dropped off the car I was out the door in 2 minutes with a 2015 Q5 ready to go. Was told the work would be done by 3pm for sure, and then received a txt at 10:30 saying that they were able to complete the work quickly. Can't ask for more than that. More

Under promising and over delivering I would just say that the service department did all they could to accommodate my schedule. I had limited time to accomplish the service and they cam I would just say that the service department did all they could to accommodate my schedule.
