They are always helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to loaner cars, communication, and making sure the job is done right. Drop off and pick up are super easy. Their new text message system is very convenient while I'm busy during the day. It is dealership pricing but you definitely get what you pay for. It would be hard for me to bring my vehicle elsewhere. More

I've been involved in the automotive world Good Morning Mr Thomas, My name is Brian and I recently picked up a 2015 Audi S4 from your dealership. I've been involved in the automotive world for over 20 years now, have had my fair share of experiences at dealerships, granted most of it is purchasing parts, however I recently started looking for a new vehicle and living Southwest CT, spending most weeknights in Providence RI and working in Old Saybrook CT, I've had the opportunity to stroll into countless dealerships over the past 2 months of my searching. The team that you have assembled at Audi of New London is far and away the greatest collection of individuals that I've had the pleasure of working with. I've had other salesmen not know basic information about the vehicles they're selling, to outright providing misinformation as opposed to just saying, I'll have to find that out for you. Sales and Finance managers who are completely unwilling to work with you on financing or pricing, and Finance managers not know the paperwork at all. From start to finish I was blown away with the service and attention that I received. It honestly is second to none. From Peter Devylder being able to answer every single question down to the minute technical details not only between two different models, but between two different year cars. Specifically the B8 and the B8.5 S4's. Having the patience and enthusiasm to test drive a few different vehicles and option packages to the delivery on Saturday and making sure the car was perfect, and I understood everything that I needed to. He even followed up today with a problem we were having with the AudiConnect. Bob Cope had the patience to deal with my "analysis paralysis," worked with me on the price and financing and actually was the one who suggested that I lease the vehicle because it actually fit my specific goals and circumstances. He proactively took the time to search for used vehicles for me. The first time I spoke with Robert Duncan was when he was following up on an email that I had sent to Bob. Bob was off one day and your team was proactive enough to cover each other that even when someone was off for the day, I still didn't need to wait at all. That is impressive. Robert knew the paperwork inside and out, was able to answer every question I had, and all the signing went off smoothly before Peter jumped back in and took me through the entire vehicle again inside the beautiful showroom. My bride-to-be was also incredible impressed as well and blown away by Hoffman Audi. We've been on the fence lately about what we want to do for a new vehicle for her, however I can virtually guarantee that it will come from Hoffman Audi just because of the quality of people you have working there. Her loving the Q5 doesn't hurt either. More

One suggestion...washing the car after service is a nice touch, but the car s/b more carefully towel-dried after the wash. I just had the Quatro polished the day before and now it's a bit "speckled" because of the water drops left on several surfaces. Yes, maybe I'm a bit of a perfectionist and maybe I should hold-off coming in the future with a just detailed vehicle. Bob Verna More
