5,000 check up After I picked up my car, I was pretty much happy with everything BUT I don't think they vacuumed or washed my car. I've been dealing with the same local dealership for new car purchases for the past twenty five years with zero problems with each and every purchase. The Audi Q5 caught my eye but it's not in the family of autos offered by this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to have met Ken Frey and Bob Cope of Hoffman Audi of New London. I wasn't hassled or pressured into the purchase and was treated with the courtesy expected from a hig end dealership. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. More

First Service Dominic and the Hoffman Team were great! Purchase of 2016 Audi A6 We had previously been researching new Audi's and had a fair idea of what we were looking for. Upon our arrival at the New London Dealership we were We had previously been researching new Audi's and had a fair idea of what we were looking for. Upon our arrival at the New London Dealership we were immediately greeted by Raquel Blonshine. Raquel presented a very professional manner yet was easy to talk to. She arranged for our test drive and was quite knowledgable regarding the Audi brand and the features of our particular vehicle; Audi A6 3.0T Supercharged sport package, winter package, etc. After further consideration and discussion with Raquel, my wife and I decided to purchase that vehicle. She also helped to arrange our financing. Two days later, our Audi was ready. We meet with Raquel, who then referred us to Bob Duncan, who explained the service options and financing. Bob was great and the process went very smoothly. Bob spent a lot of time with use going over the different service contracts, and other extras. We decided to go with the package that offered us piece of mind and the greatest value for protecting our purchase. Both Raquel and Bob worked hard for our business, made the process smooth and comfortable, and both earned our respect. This was probably the best car - purchasing experience we have had. The dealership itself is extremely upscale and comfortable, with complementary Starbucks coffee machine, beverages and snacks. Even the coffee was great. We will be back! More

If your service is fast, their waiting room is clean, great coffee and in the morning, they give free breakfast sandwiches. You can also set-up a curtesy car. Previously, I had my 2006 A6 serviced there as well and it has always been easy, professional and friendly. The level of accommodation is exceptional- they will do whatever they can to make it an exceptional visit. Though I receive offers from other Audi dealers to service my A6, mine will be going to Hoffman in New London! More
