Excellence in service I went in for my regular maintenance and service for my A6. The staff were very accommodating for my scheduling and had all paperwork ready when I ar I went in for my regular maintenance and service for my A6. The staff were very accommodating for my scheduling and had all paperwork ready when I arrived. This time I had chosen to wait for my car and I settled in to do a little work. There was a very comfortable waiting area, free self-brew Starbucks, and free WiFi. That all made the wait very pleasant. My wait time for service was much faster than originally thought. Dominic reviewed my car status with me, asked whether I had questions, and had me zipping out in no time at all. I would rate this experience as superb and up to the highest standards of excellence. Stand by their cars, top notch dealership. I purchased a used Audi A6 from Hoffman Audi of New London a year and a half ago. I had also purchased an extended warranty. When I ran into a repair I purchased a used Audi A6 from Hoffman Audi of New London a year and a half ago. I had also purchased an extended warranty. When I ran into a repair problem recently, there was a grey spot and the warranty did not cover the repair. Upon hearing of this, Mr. Hoffman stepped up and paid for the repairs. I have never had such an amazing experience with a car dealership. This is the second time such a thing happened and the second time that Hoffman stood by their car. I have purchased many cars from many dealers and have never enjoyed the experience, UNTIL NOW.I would recommend Hoffman to my best friend or family member, I am that impressed with them. Thanks to Mr Hoffman and all the guys at Hoffman Audi for rising above the rest and truly taking care of their customers. More

Recent A4 Service Experience Recently brought my A4 in service. The service rep. was knowledgable, friendly and kept me informed of the work being performed. The service rep informed me of future service/repairs that were needed and provided quotes. Loaner car was a 2015 A4 and not a tin can rental. Overall all great experience! More
