I brought my RSQ8 in for its first service today and also to change out my winter wheels for my summer wheel package setup... Sean,(service) was extremely knowledgeable on the Audi brand , Fanastic human bei to change out my winter wheels for my summer wheel package setup... Sean,(service) was extremely knowledgeable on the Audi brand , Fanastic human being, and a great listener to take care of all your needs and concerns! Sean,also kept me informed throughout the service process as I waited for my vehicle in a customer friendly environment with all the accentuates, including free wifi and comfortable seating...Sean, also took me back into service area to meet my service Technician Christopher Saunders, who was so Exceptional and Professional in a extremely clean working bay environment to care for my RSQ8...he went over all work he had completed,and answered all my questions and concerns. Chris, treated me and my vehicle with respect ....he's a perfectionist and someone you would want to work on your pride and joy!
