Pre-owned or new? I originally went to the dealership to test drive a slightly used 2016 A3. The car was at a sister dealership but I was promised it would be there the next day. It was not so I drove a new '16 A3. I also drove a 2017 A4. I never looked back. I have only had it a few days but I love it. The negotiation process was not unpleasant but not my favorite part of the exercise. Raquel is a pleasant and knowledgeable sales consultant. More
