They keep me informed through text and email. All of this is designed to minimize my time at the dealer and not get stressed by the small stuff. A huge contrast from at least one of the "premier" delearships next door that I used to frequent. Drop-off is similarly smooth and efficient. It's clean, quiet and confidence inspiring. If one of the service managers is busy, someone else jumps in to keep me moving. If I had one grumble, it's the length of the "sales pitch" I get when I ring and get their answering machine. I don't need to hear a one minute message before my "beep". That's about as picky as I can be. More
