I was disappointed to hear that the service would take 2.5 hours but he not only offered to get me a breakfast sandwich, but to also do anything and everything he could to speed things along. In less than 2 hours and 2 complimentary Starbucks coffees later, I was out of there. It was a wonderful experience--I read a book and drank my coffee in a very comfortable bright waiting area. More

While I like the ease and comfort on everything digital as much as the next guy, there is something still to be said for great service and great people!! I originally went to Hoffman to look at a CPO A6, and while I did not end up buying that car, I am happy I went. I found the experience with Hoffman to be far superior to other dealerships I had visited. Both Bob and Chris were great to work with, actually listening to my situation and not just trying to sell. I look forward to my next experience with the Hoffman team. More
