I have to say there are not many places I would travel an hour to for car service, especially when there are much closer options. That should be a clue that it is well worth the trip. From dealing with Pete in sales 2+ years ago, to T.J. Zongol in service, my experience has always been excellent. Not being happy about some major repairs needed 6 months out of warranty, T.J. made the effort to find whatever means to discount the repairs, and ended up saving me a good amount on the final bill. He was genuine in his concern of my frustration. I will soon be in the market for my 5th Audi, and Hoffman will be my first stop, and Pete my first call. More
