My car is a 2006 Audi which was purchased after market at a dealer and they treated me like I was $1 million customer giving me a brand-new loaner to accommodate my real estate company . I can't say enough for this dealership and I can honestly say I will be purchasing a brand-new Audi at some point and referring everybody I can. More

We decided to postpone buying for a while and came back last December 2016 when we had narrowed the Audi down as the winner over BMW X3 (too expensive) and Vovlo XC70 (very good car and similar price, but not sexy enough). Decided on the Q5 in black after a short test drive. Signed initial lease agreement and paperwork and came to pick up car ten days later or so. Unfortunately the leasing paperwork took a long time due to computer switch, I believe, but after two and a half hour we had our car, and it was ouor only somewhat negative experience. While paperwork was being done Clint explained many of the electronics and functions in the car in a clear manner. Unfortunately after two days the engine light kept going on, and eventually the Service Dept. took the car in and I got a loaner, and in two days they fixed the problem. Although I hadn't expected to deal with Serv. Dept so quickly, it did show me the professionalism there as well,(Dominick and TJ). Love the way the car drives and looks, and even though I am still learning some of the new electronics, I am very happy with the purchase. Great car!! More

Always A Great Experience Always a great experience and never a problem. I left my car while away for a couple days and the work was performed accordingly. I was concerned about noise in my brakes and was convinced they needed to be replaced and I would incur a large bill. However, Hoffman did not attempt to unnecessarily replace my brakes as there is still life in the pads and recommended they be looked at during next service appointment. I have confidence in Hoffman taking good care of me and my auto. They would never recommend something which would not need to be replaced. More

Our salesman, Peter Devylder really knows his product. In addition to guiding us on the purchase he also gave a very comprehensive vehicle orientation. The dealership handled the transaction extremely efficiently with little of the usual dealership upsale BS. More

The recall for my car went smoothly. I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil chan I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil change. 3,000 miles into owning this car my oil light came on to add 1/2-1 quart of oil. I didn't think to much about it went and purchased a quart. Then I went in June to have my oil changed (and filter, etc) again. Yesterday my oil light came on again this time at 4,000 miles! This car has only around 18,000 miles on it. My husband said he thinks that when the oil filter is changed that no one takes into account the oil needed to fill that filter. That oil change cost me $190 and I had to go purchase a quart of oil to put in my car. I called Hoffman service and told them about this happening now twice to me and I was told that they would make sure next time I go in for an ol change that they would check the ol level before I leave (really ? Shouldn't this be always be done?). In addition I asked how many quarts of oil my car needs (having purchased 8 quarts at my oil change) and was told he didn't know and that all cars take different amounts (again, really?) . I have owned new cars for 40+ years and have never experienced anything like this with oil changes before nor the fact that I call the service department to get such a lame answer to my issue and question. Not happy at all. More
