Always A Great Experience Always a great experience and never a problem. I left my car while away for a couple days and the work was performed accordingly. I was concerned ab Always a great experience and never a problem. I left my car while away for a couple days and the work was performed accordingly. I was concerned about noise in my brakes and was convinced they needed to be replaced and I would incur a large bill. However, Hoffman did not attempt to unnecessarily replace my brakes as there is still life in the pads and recommended they be looked at during next service appointment. I have confidence in Hoffman taking good care of me and my auto. They would never recommend something which would not need to be replaced. More

The recall for my car went smoothly. I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil chan I do have an issue however with the oil change service I received in June. When I purchased this used car I was told the car had just had an oil change. 3,000 miles into owning this car my oil light came on to add 1/2-1 quart of oil. I didn't think to much about it went and purchased a quart. Then I went in June to have my oil changed (and filter, etc) again. Yesterday my oil light came on again this time at 4,000 miles! This car has only around 18,000 miles on it. My husband said he thinks that when the oil filter is changed that no one takes into account the oil needed to fill that filter. That oil change cost me $190 and I had to go purchase a quart of oil to put in my car. I called Hoffman service and told them about this happening now twice to me and I was told that they would make sure next time I go in for an ol change that they would check the ol level before I leave (really ? Shouldn't this be always be done?). In addition I asked how many quarts of oil my car needs (having purchased 8 quarts at my oil change) and was told he didn't know and that all cars take different amounts (again, really?) . I have owned new cars for 40+ years and have never experienced anything like this with oil changes before nor the fact that I call the service department to get such a lame answer to my issue and question. Not happy at all. More
