Great buying experience Raquel and I worked out a fantastic deal on a certified 2015 SQ5 over a few emails and phone calls. Once we agreed on a price, she took care of every Raquel and I worked out a fantastic deal on a certified 2015 SQ5 over a few emails and phone calls. Once we agreed on a price, she took care of everything and ensured an easy process when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, Raquel had everything set up, including my out of state registration transfer, my loan documents, and my detailed Audi. After a short meeting with Robert, the business manager, Raquel ran me through the "car how-to" and I was driving away with my new car. I was in and out in less than two hours and everything was completed in one visit. Best car buying experience yet. Thank you. More

Sourced the A4 prestige I wanted I was offered a trade in on my 2012 A4. Initially I was looking at an A3 convertible. Pete arranged for me to test drive the convertible which I liked I was offered a trade in on my 2012 A4. Initially I was looking at an A3 convertible. Pete arranged for me to test drive the convertible which I liked. My family were concerned it was too small and said I should look at the new A4. Once inside the car I was hooked and knew I wanted a fully loaded prestige in black. The only problem was this model is in short supply (only 6 on the east coast meeting my specification). Pete and Bob provided me with potential options that they might be able to source from another dealer. I picked one particular car, unfortunately the dealer would not swap it. Pete then found a car to meet my needs in monsoon grey. I was skeptical about the color but Pete showed me an A3 in that color. Within two days of saying yes I was driving out of the garage in my new car! I am very pleased with the car, the color and the great customer service from Hofmann Audi in New London. Can't wait to test the ventilated front seats in the summer! More
Timing Chain Replacement I originally went in to have some electrical testing done with my 2010 A4. They heard the timing chain sounded a little loose so I should get it looke I originally went in to have some electrical testing done with my 2010 A4. They heard the timing chain sounded a little loose so I should get it looked at soon. Turns out the chain was about to go (I have high miles). I'm very thankful for their service and the hard work they take part in to ensure customer satisfaction. The repair was done in a timely manor considering we were hit with a snow storm... which was fine with me because they lent me a S Line Q3 loaner. Overall Hoffman Audi New London is spectacular. They fulfill and exceed all my expectations. Great Job Guys! More

My car is a 2006 Audi which was purchased after market at a dealer and they treated me like I was $1 million customer giving me a brand-new loaner to accommodate my real estate company . I can't say enough for this dealership and I can honestly say I will be purchasing a brand-new Audi at some point and referring everybody I can. More
Excellent overall. Met Cline Riley end of 2015 when I initially looked around for new car.. We decided to postpone buying for a while and came back last December 2016 Met Cline Riley end of 2015 when I initially looked around for new car.. We decided to postpone buying for a while and came back last December 2016 when we had narrowed the Audi down as the winner over BMW X3 (too expensive) and Vovlo XC70 (very good car and similar price, but not sexy enough). Decided on the Q5 in black after a short test drive. Signed initial lease agreement and paperwork and came to pick up car ten days later or so. Unfortunately the leasing paperwork took a long time due to computer switch, I believe, but after two and a half hour we had our car, and it was ouor only somewhat negative experience. While paperwork was being done Clint explained many of the electronics and functions in the car in a clear manner. Unfortunately after two days the engine light kept going on, and eventually the Service Dept. took the car in and I got a loaner, and in two days they fixed the problem. Although I hadn't expected to deal with Serv. Dept so quickly, it did show me the professionalism there as well,(Dominick and TJ). Love the way the car drives and looks, and even though I am still learning some of the new electronics, I am very happy with the purchase. Great car!! More
