This was our first time at Hoffman Audi of New London still we were immediately and warmly welcomed by Chris Zaino. Chris is one of the finest individuals we have dealt with in our combined 40 years 9 auto purchase history. Being both knowledgeable and proficient, he quickly gave us a climate controlled space to examine the Q5 in which we were interested. Chris was genuine and attentive ensuring all our questions answered. We were given the opportunity to take the Q5 home for the weekend allowing us time to thoroughly consider. Not only was the Audi Q5 superior and fairly priced from the beginning but the staff at Hoffman of New London far surpassed in excellence any we had experienced thus far. Even if we didn’t close the deal on the Q5, this was a group we wanted to stay with for our purchase. In fact, upon leaving Hoffman after our first meeting and test drive we called to turn down the other 3 vehicles we had under consideration elsewhere. We purchased the Q5 and Robert Duncan another of Hoffman’s truly exceptional staff eloquently handled a hiccup with the title on our trade-in. Speaking of which, Hoffman was fair in assessment of and generous in the value they gave for it. Our purchase included a guided tour of every feature by Chris Zaino and was followed up with a phone call days later to address any new questions that may have arisen and confirm we were satisfied in every way. We are beyond satisfied and will return to Hoffman for future purchases. More
