First bad experience at Hoffman. Work that I had requested to be done never made it onto the work order so I had to return to the dealership twice. I was quoted a price of $880 plus tax for a heating fan replacement, but when I picked the car up it cost $1,200. My dashboard settings had all been reset to factory settings- Hoffman charges for concierge service prices and I feel attention to details like that should be included. Jason McGinnis has texted me to apologize for the mistake on the work order and has offered a free oil change to make up for the price difference in the fan, so that helps a bit. I will say that the young woman at the payment center was a delight and pleasant to deal with. More
