Seamless lease of my 2016 Audi A4 with Steve Steve took his time to go over my options as far as leasing or purchasing. In the end, I felt more comfortable leasing a new car. Steve was professional and thorough in reviewing the features of my car. Steve even made sure my phone was paired to Bluetooth prior to driving off the lot. The entire team at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford was pleasant to work with and did not pressure me in the least. I do not have any complaints about my experience and plan to return once my lease is up for another vehicle. More

Excellent service My tire pressure light was on in my A6 TDI and one of the tires was quite low so I drove it to the service center at 9 am without calling in advance. My tire pressure light was on in my A6 TDI and one of the tires was quite low so I drove it to the service center at 9 am without calling in advance. They immediately arranged to check the tires, check a squeak in the break and get a quote from the body shop on replacing the side mirror that was cracked. They had me in a ride home minutes later. They called me 2 hours later, everything was done including the mirror (the part was available so they went ahead and repaired it) as well as the service that was due in 500 miles. They came and picked me up in the afternoon. Seamless and professional. More

My husband and I told Adrian I was looking for a Cetrified car and after doing some research I went to Hoffman Audi and was greated by Adrian Hester. My husband and I told Adrian we were looking for a used Q5. Adrian was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We test drove a 2015 and I knew as soon as I sat in the car this was the One for me. I had been looking for one for a while and have been to a lot of dealerships. Hoffman won my business because of Adrian. He takes an interest in the people he is dealing with and goes out of his way for you. The Hoffman dealership is lucky to have him as a sales advisor. I will definitely steer people to Adrian.
