Great and fast service Customer service at Hoffman Audi was great. My car is not an Audi but they took great care to schedule me in and had a loaner ready when I arrived (th Customer service at Hoffman Audi was great. "Great experience first experince with Audi of Hartford It was the first time I was buying an Audi A8 from Audi of East Hartford. The experience was just fantastic, Steve Steller was my sales consultant and It was the first time I was buying an Audi A8 from Audi of East Hartford. The experience was just fantastic, Steve Steller was my sales consultant and he did everything to make this a very pleasant and easy event. The price was right, he waited for me at the airport, since I flew in from Illinois, the car was spotless and in a very short time I was on my way back. 15,000 mile check Excellent service. Was able to drive in, get my loaner, and be out in about 15 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, service with a smile. T Excellent service. Locked out of 2015 Audi Q3 I lost one of the two keys last September, the car is garaged and we leave the key in the cup holder at night. Went to get the car Saturday morning a I lost one of the two keys last September, the car is garaged and we leave the key in the cup holder at night. Went to get the car Saturday morning and the car was locked. I still don't know how this could happen with the key inside the car? I called East Hartford Audi Service and they directed me to Audi Roadside Assistance. Someone directed by Audi Roadside Assistance came to my house in about 35 minutes time and got the car open. I Subsequently replaced the lost key and had it programed by Audi East Hartford . The explanation for the lock out by Audi service was that the battery in the fob might have been low so they replaced it. They said these keys do a lot more than ones' in the past. My fob battery was about 14 months old. My suggestion is to replace the fob batteries once a year, or as Audi service suggested, at every oil change. They will change out the batteries if you want them to! More
