My new Audi Q5 I worked with Adrian who was great! Very friendly and available. However, the office where I ultimately signed all documents did not feel welcoming o I worked with Adrian who was great! Very friendly and available. However, the office where I ultimately signed all documents did not feel welcoming or best in class. There was an employee who leaned against the wall with his arms crossed overseeing the translations with myself and another employee. He was very nice, however it doesn't help the experience to feel like someone is watching and overseeing in that manner. Also, my terms were different than what Adrian and I discussed (72 months vs 75). This is something that shoulf be brought to the customers attention before you arrive, or at least before you're ushered into the finance office. More

Customer Satisfaction! First of all, I would like to thank Rob Hlasyszyn for making this visit a comfortable one. For my very first visit, I was told my engine needed new p First of all, I would like to thank Rob Hlasyszyn for making this visit a comfortable one. For my very first visit, I was told my engine needed new pistons for an oil consumption problem I was having. He gave me a nice loaner and said, "Dont worry. Ill call you when its all set" I picked up my car later that week and havnt had a problem since. The oil level never dropped. Hoffman Audi is a no-nonsense service dept. Lastly I would like to commend Audi itself for standing behind their product and covering a repair like this under warranty. Thanks again! More
