Maintenance Service: Oil/filter I have my 2009 Audi Q7 since 2010 and the reason why I have it serviced by Hoffman's is because of Rob Hlasyszyn. Excellent customer service. Alexandra Cruz (from Body Shop) - on the other hand - needs some serious training. She should never interface with customers. I drive way out of my way for service at Hoffman Audi There are THREE other Audi dealerships closer to my home than Hoffman Audi. I have bought a car from one of them, and had service done at two others, There are THREE other Audi dealerships closer to my home than Hoffman Audi. I have bought a car from one of them, and had service done at two others, but my loyalty is Hoffman Audi. We currently have three Audi vehicles registered and one of them is my wife's brand new Audi 2017 A4. The sales and service crew at Hoffman of East Hartford have never let me down, they have earned my loyalty the hardway.........by working for it! If you are looking to buy, or get your Audi serviced, I would not hesitate to go see the folks at Hoffman. They will take care of you as they know what customer service is all about! Unimpressed Brought my car in to mount and balance new tires plus an alignment. My first visit was good, shuttle left on time for work and I was given status upda Brought my car in to mount and balance new tires plus an alignment. My first visit was good, shuttle left on time for work and I was given status updates throughout the day. I needed to return because my car was now pulling to the right while driving, and it didn't before the service. A second alignment was done at no cost, but the numbers were different from the first alignment which was surprising. The second visit was not good, however. I waited for over an hour for the shuttle to leave, but only because my service consultant forgot to tell the driver. I also didn't get any updates during the day even after reaching out. My car was still pulling to the right after the second alignment, and I received no communication after reaching out to the service consultant again. More

Fantastic experience, thanks to PETER HELOU I am new to Connecticut and its barely been a couple of weeks. We decided to buy a nice car and it does not get nicer than the Audis'. I had numerous questions including budgetary restrictions, finding the right car, and to work with the car to make sure it fits every need from my stand point was extremely pleasing. I worked with Peter Helou and he was simply wonderful. His attention to detail and making sure I felt like he was on my side although he is part of the company speaks volumes of their culture of consumer relationship. So, I strongly recommend this dealership and to be honest, I dont do this often and I was compelled to do this only because how pleased I am with their handling of this whole process. More
Super Service Experience I arrived at Hoffman Audi about 3 PM on a Monday afternoon. I had little hope of accomplishing what I came to do, but decided to give it a try. I arrived at Hoffman Audi about 3 PM on a Monday afternoon. I had little hope of accomplishing what I came to do, but decided to give it a try. I was promptly greeted by Jay, a Service Consultant, he addressed my service request. My vehicle was quickly taken into service, the problem was addressed and resolved. I could not help but be impressed. Jay reached me in the service waiting area, explained what was done and charged me out. The showroom and waiting area were immaculate. The cars on display looked like they just had been detailed. The waiting area had super comfortable chairs, a TV monitor, a remote to select whatever I wanted, and a really nice area with soda and coffee. I came in for service and I left almost buying a car. So, my thanks to Jay, the service folks, and the Hoffman family for a very positive experience. More
