I found the labor charges to be exorbitant: $109. 95 to change the oil and oil filter; $194.00 to replace the spark plugs; $97.00 to replace the air filter!. While I purchased the car there (certified pre-owned), and have had it serviced there, I have serious second thoughts about returning. It felt a lot like price gouging! That said, the personnel are fine, they do good work, but I thought the cost unreasonable. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with a loaner and they did nor provide a loaner and the service took 2 hours to be completed. I wad told it would be an hour to one hour and fifteen minut loaner and they did nor provide a loaner and the service took 2 hours to be completed. I wad told it would be an hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. I was consequently late for a MD appointment. More
