Service took to long I knew from the start that this was not going to go well. Communication at this center was lacking. I waiting two and a half hours for a job that was I knew from the start that this was not going to go well. Communication at this center was lacking. I waiting two and a half hours for a job that was only suppose to take one hour to be done. I will not be returing to this estabilishment to do service on my Audi or purchase an Audi in the future. I have bought two Audi's from Hoffman and they have always been A1 in service and personnel. Their mechanics are magicians - my Q7 was purchased new but I also have "vintage" TT and they serviced both with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Rob in the service department is amazing and so meticulous in his work, Joel works magic on my TT - thank you!!! And Tony (car loaner extraordinaire) gets you into a loaner car so quickly you don't even have time to get that free cup of coffee (and breakfast). This is a great place if you want to be a part of the great brand of Audi. More
